1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Vaultillery ("Vaultillery," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, connecting Roblox, or obtaining a free or paid product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
A Roblox account and Roblox Studio may be required for some products or features. Your use of Roblox remains subject to Roblox's separate rules and terms.
3. Accounts and security
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account and connected devices secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account or another user's access.
4. Products and licenses
Vaultillery may offer plugins, scripts, models, assets, add-ons, tutorials, downloads, subscriptions, and other creator resources. Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, your valid acquisition of a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product in your own Roblox development work.
You may use a product in personal or commercial projects you build, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, leak, or share the product itself or its source files as a standalone item. You may not remove access controls, evade license checks, enable unauthorized users, or falsely claim Vaultillery's product as your own. Product-specific terms displayed at purchase or delivery also apply and control if they conflict with this general license.
5. Free items, purchases, and subscriptions
Free products may require an account so Vaultillery can record ownership and provide access, but they do not require a Stripe payment. Paid purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for applicable taxes or charges disclosed during checkout.
If a product is offered as a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed interval until cancellation. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing tools. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
6. Refund policy
Digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, claimed, activated, or made accessible to your account. Subscription charges that have already been processed are also generally non-refundable, although cancellation stops eligible future renewal charges.
Vaultillery may approve a refund or other remedy in a rare case, such as a verified duplicate charge, failure to deliver the purchased access, or a material product defect that we cannot reasonably correct. Requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right that applicable law requires.
To request review of a purchase, contact us promptly and include the email used for the order, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include full card details in your message.
7. Delivery, updates, and availability
Product access may be delivered through your Vaultillery account, a download, a plugin connection, or another method shown on the product page. Features, compatibility, documentation, and availability may change over time. Unless a product page expressly promises otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, perpetual hosting, or compatibility with every future Roblox or third-party platform change.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Break any law or violate another person's rights.
- Access another account, product, system, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, disrupt the Services, scrape protected data, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Circumvent checkout, ownership, subscription, pairing, or license controls.
- Use Vaultillery branding in a way that falsely suggests approval, partnership, or ownership.
- Assist someone else in doing any of the above.
9. Intellectual property
Vaultillery and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, product source files, designs, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, except for the limited product license granted above. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Vaultillery intellectual property to you.
You retain rights in materials you independently create. If you send feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them without an obligation to compensate you, while you keep ownership of any rights you already hold.
10. Third-party services
The Services may depend on or link to Roblox, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and other third parties. Their services are controlled by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical decisions. Vaultillery is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, security, or conduct. A third-party change or outage may affect Vaultillery features.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, Roblox update, plugin, or project. You are responsible for backing up your work and testing products before relying on them in a live experience.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultillery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Vaultillery's total liability for a claim related to a product or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Vaultillery for the product or service giving rise to that claim during the 12 months before the event.
These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, respond to fraud or security concerns, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including payment obligations, license restrictions, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that may be brought in court will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum or governing law.
15. Changes to the Services or terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
16. General terms
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written permission. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Services.
