1. Scope
This policy applies to Vaultillery's website, accounts, digital storefront, plugins, tutorials, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not control the independent practices of Roblox, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, or other third-party services that you may use with Vaultillery.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect your email address, display name, optional phone number, account role, and authentication status. Our authentication provider handles account credentials; Vaultillery does not store your password in readable form.
Roblox and plugin connection information
If you choose to connect Roblox, we may receive and store your Roblox user ID, username, display name, avatar or profile URL, and the time the account was linked. When you connect a Vaultillery plugin, we may also process device labels, connection tokens, connection status, and product-access information needed to pair the plugin with your Vaultillery account.
Purchases, subscriptions, and product access
We keep records such as the products in an order, prices, totals, currency, payment status, purchase type, subscription status, and identifiers provided by Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card and other payment details. Vaultillery does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Technical information and local storage
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. We use essential cookies for sign-in and Roblox authorization. Your browser may also store your selected theme and shopping cart so those choices remain available between visits.
Communications
If you contact us, we collect the email address and other information you include in your message so we can respond and keep an appropriate support record.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create, secure, and administer accounts.
- Connect Roblox accounts and pair supported plugins.
- Process purchases and subscriptions and grant access to free or paid products.
- Provide product downloads, tutorials, updates, support, and account features.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms.
- Diagnose errors, maintain the Services, and improve reliability and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, including with service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and billing, Vercel for hosting, and Roblox when you authorize a Roblox connection. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect users or the Services, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business.
Vaultillery does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support account sessions, security, and Roblox authorization. Browser storage remembers your theme and shopping cart. Disabling these technologies may prevent sign-in, cart, or account-linking features from working correctly. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain product ownership and purchase records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet accounting or legal requirements, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of record. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.
Deleting an account removes or disconnects account information from active use, but some transaction, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may remain where necessary or permitted by law.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You can update available profile information, disconnect Roblox, or use the account-deletion option provided in your account. You may also contact us to make a privacy request.
We may need to verify that a request comes from you before acting on it. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, payment, or product-ownership purposes.
8. Children's privacy
Vaultillery is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create a Vaultillery account or provide personal information through the Services. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and disable the account as appropriate.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Vaultillery, please contact us at the address below. Users who are at least 13 but are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where they live should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Processing in the United States
Vaultillery operates from Florida, USA. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide an additional notice where appropriate.
